We got our pool a few years ago and through several unfortunate events and lack of communication, poor customer service, and incomplete delivery of our pool; we had a disaster on our hands. I tried to reset them several times with no luck. I called JH and they quickly sent Parker out to meet with me. Our original project manager had moved on and Parker quickly replaced our failed jet trim plus the others while they were out. I am pretty sure that was out of warranty, and I was impressed that they jumped on it and did charge me for the repairs. Good product / good service / great pool Tim Felton
