I made it a point to write this review! We got our pool a few years ago and through several unfortunate events and lack of communication, poor customer service, and incomplete delivery of our pool; we had a disaster on our hands. I have cried several days just wanting my pool complete and what we paid tor. As a cancer survivor this stress was not good tor me at all. Three years later, Kyla came as an answered prayer. I can. not thank her enough for everything she has done. The communication, attention to detail, and patience she has provided my family has been Top Notch! I am so in LOVE with my pool!! We wanted to make sure we left a review for Jim Hinson Pools and our project manager, Ryan. From start to finish, they were attentive to detail, listened to our input, and helped us bring our ideas to life. They guided us through each step of the process—from designing the pool to coordinating with the town for permits—and made everything feel smooth and manageable. Ryan's experience and thoughtful suggestions were invaluable, especially when it came to integrating the pool with landscaping. He made sure the final result was esthetic, functional, and efficient to maintain. We're super happy with the outcome!

Jim Hinson did a wonderful job building our backyard pool in 2022. Recently I had problems with my spa jet trim coming loose. I tried to reset them several times with no luck. I called JH and they quickly sent Parker out to meet with me. Our original project manager had moved on and Parker quickly replaced our failed jet trim plus the others while they were out. I am pretty sure that was out of warranty, and I was impressed that they jumped on it and did charge me for the repairs. Good product / good service / great pool Tim Felton

We are beyond grateful for everything Kyla has done to help us with our new pool! From the very beginning, she was an absolute lifesaver — incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. She took her time explaining every little detail about maintaining the pool, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. We truly could not have asked for a better guide.
