Design & Planning

What should I bring to my design consultation?

Be ready to discuss your vision, preferred style (modern, natural, traditional), must-have features, any HOA rules or property limitations, and photos or inspirations.

How do I track the progress of my build?

You’ll get full access to your project via JobTread, our online construction management portal. It includes schedules, photos, documents, messaging, and updates.

Who will manage my project?

A dedicated project manager will oversee your build, communicate timelines, answer questions, and serve as your point of contact throughout the process.

Do you provide post-construction support?

Yes. From your orientation to ongoing maintenance tips, we’re here long after your first swim. We also provide warranty documentation and startup care guidance.

Cost & Value

Is there financing available?

We do not directly provide financing, but we can connect you with preferred providers who specialize in pool construction financing.

How do you handle change orders or surprises?

We pride ourselves on transparency. Any changes in scope or cost are discussed in detail before proceeding—no surprises, no hidden fees.

Why is vetting a pool contractor so important?

Because it’s not just about price—it’s about trust, communication, and accountability. Ask any builder for references, proof of licensing, and process transparency.

Preparation & Homeowner Responsibilities

What do I need to do before construction begins?

  •  Clear access to the yard
  •  Remove furniture, décor, and landscaping from the construction zone
  •  Provide HOA approvals and property documentation
  •  Confirm design, layout, and materials
  •  Ensure pets and children stay clear of the site

Do I need to do anything after construction ends?

Yes, be present for orientation, learn how to operate your system, and follow the 28-day startup procedure to maintain your pool’s finish and chemistry.

Can I hire someone else for pool maintenance?

Yes. You can maintain the pool yourself or hire a service provider. We’re happy to recommend trusted maintenance companies.
