What should I expect at my design consultation?
Your design consultation is a collaborative, high-touch experience—never a sales pitch. Bring your inspirations, must-haves, preferred styles, and any HOA/property details. We listen first, then guide you with clarity and expertise.
How do you help me make design decisions?
You’ll work directly with our in-house design specialists at the Jim Hinson Design Center. See, touch, and compare real materials, finishes, and features before making decisions—eliminating guesswork and selection fatigue.
Can I personalize my pool with upgrades?

Construction Journey
How long does pool construction take?
Project timelines are driven by design complexity, site conditions, and weather. Before we begin, you’ll receive a detailed schedule with milestones. Because we self-perform the majority of work, we maintain tighter timelines and quality control—keeping your project on track.
Do I need to be home during construction?
Not typically, but we ask for property access during work hours and that you’re available for key walkthroughs and approvals. Your dedicated project manager will coordinate everything and keep you fully informed.
How will I be updated on progress and changes during construction?
Communication is built into our process. Your dedicated project manager provides regular updates and is always available for questions. You’ll also have full access to our project management portal, where you can see schedules, photos, and real-time progress. If anything changes or requires your attention, you’ll hear about it directly and transparently—no surprises, ever.

We self-perform over 80% of your build—more than most builders in the region. This ensures rigorous quality standards, accountability, and efficiency. For specialized trades (like electrical), we use only trusted, licensed partners.
What types of pool finishes do you offer?

Can I choose my equipment?

How do you handle change orders or unexpected surprises?
We believe in zero surprises. Any changes in scope or cost are discussed in detail, with your approval required before proceeding. You’ll always know where you stand—no hidden fees, ever. We also pride ourselves on thinking ahead, most of our projects have minimal to no change orders so your contract up-front is the price. We understand changes do arise, but our process tries to cross T's and dot I's in the beginning so you know exactly what you're investing in.
